being here and now, o spirit of wonder
grow cautiously, and glow, forever unstained
by the lightning bolts of anger spoken
in troubled times, when the heart is weak

like a leaf swaying on it’s final fall
or a child rolling down a pile of sand,
may you wake up those around you
to face the world with a friendly smile

unafraid to grace the misunderstood ways
discover life and all it’s dimensions
whether distracted, torn or crippled today,
may I bow before you in wonder again

i forget
to open my eyes
and look at the road

i am in your contemplation
spinning mysteries within

glowing clouds, melt my sunset
freeze me so i may forget
the winter pain, colder than rain

to a little dream
trapped butterfly

grey sphere of wisdom, transmitting wrong messages
secret subconscious connections
travelling aglow in my brain
like cherries on icecream
like birds at sunrise

your talc

lost my way between your lake and trees
worked my hands at the burning precision

once again, i fled for his time and hurried
into the magic greatness of your fantasy
and exactly what i needed to find, again

but then we rode off past the sunset
into a chill, with a naked dream, and hope
but now you try to tear my letters, it seems

silly puppy

silly

when i chewed on the wrong flower, they said
it would grow out of the ground again,
make me strong today, and tomorrow
until i would find it again

but i can't digest it now,
because it's ugly somehow,
this charmless veggie blow

i hope it grows again, now
so i may see you smile again

fried fear

this food,
in a box

why keep it closed,
when i get too hungry ?

only once did i hear your whispers stream
away, into my unconsciousness

should i choose the repellent
or does it bother your senses

i forget, to be sensitive
when you bite me and suck my blood
i can't really be caring
for your wings or your siphon eyes

under the tree

i didn't notice from the shadows
your bored old smile
and askew glance

nodding away with food on your plate
grinning miserably at my loneliness

taking me for granted
holding you back
and pushing you forward

any other

ways would be miserable
but its not in front of me

i need time, or space, or both
